Pros

Work with a great team which makes every effort to stay positive in spite of ongoing changes in the staffing industry and internal changes the organization is experiencing, which are weekly at this point.

Cons

Company is having challenges with training and development of management and their teams. This has lead to stagnant and even sub par performance, while, adversely affecting the culture. As a result many have been laid off or voluntarily resigned due to shifts in business from the days of the peak of the pandemic. Watching the layoffs happen leads to a constant, uneasy feeling. Leadership communication lacks credibility since the field has been told on more that one occasion, "this will be the last round of layoffs" as we are now "right sized". The reality is another round has occurred more than once post comments such as those. I want to believe leadership is well intended. Hopefully right sizing has finally happened. Time will tell.

Pros

I had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional colleagues who evolved into valued friends. Remote work. That's it.

Cons

In my experience with Stability, I've observed instances of racism, favoritism, and a lack of transparency in leadership. It's disheartening to witness a disconnect between the promises made and the actual opportunities for growth. There's a prevailing sentiment that job security &/or growth is influenced by proximity to the higher-ups & CEOs. This work environment has exhibited a notable level of toxicity, which may have a significant impact on one's mental well-being. The frequency of layoffs and the subsequent reassurances that they would be the last round, only for additional rounds to follow, is a concerning pattern. I have not previously encountered a situation where an organization has experienced such a high number of layoffs within a single year.

Boys Club - Management is Joke

Pros

Easy to get hired. A paycheck until you get fired.

Cons

Hire to fire is the name of the game. This is still run like a few guys who got together over beers and decided they could make a lot of money by pretending to 'revolutionize' travel nursing. In reality, it's just another bad recruiting company looking to take advantage of good people. The only reason they have lasted this long is because of the pandemic. As a nurse, you will get paid less than at other companies. And there's no magical support once you get a gig. As a recruiter, you're only going to make money if you have a best friend/relationship with someone at the top. There are a handful of good ol' boys that stick together and control all of the flow of money. If you're not in that clique, you might as well give up. "Management" is basically nonexistent, so don't expect to receive any support there. Even the firing process is a joke when you get to that point. It's a random zoom with someone you've probably never met, after you've received praise for your "great work" for weeks.
