Being new there is so much I don't know but my coworkers all help me to learn more each day. The hours are a little screwy but I expect that to even out in the next few weeks.

Nepotistic, under qualified, and brutally childish. From the pitiful excuse that is HR, all the way to production, well through receiving. It’s a miracle this place runs at all. They routinely lie, will purposefully mislead employees and cast them aside when it benefits them, not to mention consistently exposing employees to dangerous and unhealthy working conditions and placing bandaids instead of real solutions. The customer is the final victim of this mess, being given a sub-par firearm for premium prices.
