      The management are invested in their staff and will push and support you in extra endeavours

      Cons

      The business is very busy particularly in the midlands and the recruitment is slow putting pressure on existing staff. Partners are given an allotted number of promotions they can give rather than promoting all that deserve it which means some can be overlooked.
