Management is patient in helping you achieve your goals by breaking down expectations week by week, and raising them as you reach your targets. They will give you time and resources to assist in your learning and also ask you to recommend your timelines and pace Targets are put into place at the onset and there are no surprises as to team and individual contributions and expectations. The team has a family and collaborative feel and the environment is open in its communication. The sales team has excellent relationships with all clients and most are repetitive clients that have given excellent feedback to the team and amazing reviews on RFP’s bids. All team members are invited to client intake calls, where they can ask questions and get to know the hiring managers. The social committee organizes fun monthly events, where all team members can spend time not talking about work and just having fun Overall a great place to work and a patient team in helping each other grow!
