      Great technology but Bankrupt

      Pros

      The technology and innovation was fantastic. Working with Kubernetes, Golang, and data on a huge scale.

      Cons

      It took to long to validate the viability of products. After months of engineering a product would be scrapted. The money dried up before we could turn a profit.

      - Direct access to leadership with very few layers of management - Access to the latest bleeding and cutting edge technologies - A strong desire to mature technology best practices with devops and CI/CD - Ability to contribute too, and leverage open source projects - The company supports and encourages remote work life - Growing customer base of well known industry leaders - Global community of employees that help provide time zone overlaps for support and development - Fast pace environment where learning new things is encouraged - Very competitive benefits and compensation, 401k matching

      Cons

      - Growing pains and historical friction with previous leadership has left some original employees disenchanted - The company is coming out of a startup mentality and this is a double edge sword, more attention to compliance and processes may feel like road bumps as SP matures in this area
