Pros
Tips are alright. Most of the employees are pretty cool, although nobody really don't stays long. The food truck is fun to work in.
Cons
Horrible management. Super high turnover rate. They do some shady stuff which implies greediness and the un appreciation of employees. The restaurant is failing and it's really obvious. You're not allowed to leave during break and lunch is not free. Lots of changes from new managers, which is expected but still. They also don't pay you for driving when you're meeting the food truck. Which is illegal.
