Pros
I was treated like part of the team, the interns got a fun welcome and included in all teambuilding events. This was my 2nd internship (I've completed 5) and by far the most exposure to new tech. I asked for a referral letter and was given an awesome one right away.
Cons
My manager had a lot of people reporting to them, so I didn't get a lot of direct feedback. But, as far as learning goes I was in all team development/learning sessions.
