It's a cool product to build

They grossly under pay. Constantly change benefits to the advantage of the company not the employee. Management micromanages employees. Very "prison" like atmosphere. Company as a whole is very reactionary, with no foresight or ability to plan ahead. Burden of profit is consistently placed on the production floor, solutions that are near impossible are pushed onto production and the expectations are VASTLY different from "floor" to the "offices" this breeds a sense and feeling of inequaltiy. Every department feels like a silo and acts accordingly.

Once you are in, it is difficult to be fired. If you stay for the long term the pay increases. Performance based bonuses Many people within the company from different countries so you can learn different cultures. Apprentice ship program to teach local Highschoolers the manufacturing process. Internship opportunities for those overseas and locally.

Cons

The overall culture of the company needs work. Depending on who your manager is, depends on how things go. Company sponsored healthcare benefits are required to enroll every year
