Pros

Hardly any pross. You might see a lot of negatives if you're a new comer but you will discover how ridiculously everything is running.

Cons

The three directors are complete scammers and thieves. They make the employees do all the unethical tasks every day. Unethical tasks such as copying some others content, stealing others intellectual properties, and countless others. They run around 15/16 e-learning brands in the UK with a different identity and give the customers and their several partners an impression that these are all different companies. Staffasia is actually an offshore business by which they make all the money legal. They hired some educated dumb in the company, especially in their management team. Even though they are talented and educated, they're just supporting all the unethical tasks the directors are doing against a high monthly salary. Some known names in the UK e-learning sector are One Education, Janets, Training Express, Apex Learning, and some more. All these are the same thing, run under the same management but just a different entity in the documents. They are mainly the Adams Academy people, and then increases their brands They hire people and say they will be in a 3 months probation period before getting permanent but in reality, they keep them hanging for 8/9 months, even a year to make them permanent. Sometimes they even terminate those people after holding them for such a long time in Probationary. Internally, they treat the employees very badly. They have the stupidest HR team ever possible in their office. They only know two things, exercising their power badly and buttering the management. They will even polish the shoes of the management/directors if they have to. There are some very low caliber and low qualified people in the top position in the HR team, who are not even a fit for a mere executive of any team. They don't know a single bit of professional etiquette, manner, and people management. This team is mostly responsible for the distrust that has occupied the whole office. It will be very fortunate for Staff Asia this HR team resigns altogether. Nepotism at its best in Staff Asia. They place the people in the top hierarchy only because of nepotism. That is why the most undeserving and unfit members of this team are reigning the whole organization. The main curse for this company is the directors of the company. They know nothing about the business yet get involved in every little thing and create a mess in everything. They don't have any idea of the market, competition, or competitors. All they know is how to steal or copy from others. The management team in the Sylhet office is just worthless and personality-less. The only thing they can do is just do meetings all over the day and not decide out of it. They are just the puppets and being played by the directors. They have a dum-headed vision for 2023 of recruiting 5000 people. But in reality, they are not capable of running a little grocery shop. Recently, they terminated more than 100 people in a single month, which is huge. The company is still running because there are still some dedicated members in the team and who actually love this company. But these people are highly mistreated and undervalued. Not a single member in the company believes the management or the directors. The management takes no time to forget all the contribution and dedication of a member whenever they find a new and shiny member. They often get kicked, tricked, or played by those shiny members afterward. Well, I am tired now but I am feeling like I have written nothing and there is still a lot left. Not to mention that this company will not last long.

Pros

There is only pros and pros if you can say "vai everything is in your ways" And not do the job properly but in their way.

Cons

The worst management I've seen ever. And my suggestion to anyone is if you don't want your career and mental health destroyed, please do not join. I repeat, do not join. Still it's up to you how you want to mess up your life.

This unethical behavior is not limited to a few individuals; it appears to be a common practice affecting multiple employees. -Staff Asia demonstrates a lack of trust in its employees by implementing excessive monitoring measures, creating an environment of constant surveillance. However, effective managers understand that trust and support are essential in fostering employee performance, instead of resorting to excessive monitoring tactics that breed feelings of distrust and discomfort.
