Long hours, a corporate that does not treat people professionally. Corporate thinks everyone is just not working hard enough. The workforce is terrible and the company preys on people from low socioeconomic backgrounds. They have margins high but pay is low. Workers are fed drugs by van drivers and Branch Managers often take bribes for placements. When you report these things to corporate, you get the standard “this is hearsay”. Most branches have burned customers with workers who are under the influence and now they can not get business.
