Pros

I had some great co-workers, and the company culture is all about doing things together, making it easy to fit in and socialise. The co-founder who ran my department was super analytical, and I learned a lot from developing those skills. The pace is fast, so when you switch to another company, things suddenly feel much more manageable and slower.

Cons

The company places a heavy emphasis on documentation, requiring everything to be recorded in a specific format and font. Due to the fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring comprehensive documentation becomes challenging. There's a pervasive culture of opinions, with everyone providing input on your work. Unfortunately, it seems they focus more on critiquing others than on their own tasks. Despite claiming to be open to feedback, it can be demotivating, creating an atmosphere that feels lacking in trust for your expertise. The company lacks a consistent strategy, often following trends from LinkedIn or other founders without a thoughtful approach. Accountability is an issue, as they may blame individuals for failures, even before a project is completed—unfairly assessing success or failure prematurely. Compensation is below average, and career progression opportunities are limited. Promotion and favoritism are noticeable, with a select few receiving preferential treatment. Despite claims of openness and transparency, the company hides information, blatantly lies, and lacks accountability. Given the current decline and layoffs, joining the company poses a significant risk.

Pros

Open culture - flat hierarchy. Teams can coordinate with ease and everyone does not work in silos.

Cons

From the get go, there was a lack of proper guidance and training which made the onboarding process a real struggle. The company had hired the wrong people to lead, resulting in talented folks leaving shortly after they had been hired. The product misfit and backlog from way back over the 2020 had dragged the company down, making it near impossible to meet deadlines. Direction changed on a weekly basis, leaving us with more confusion than clarity. It also didn't help that the turnover rate was so high, as it just added to the chaos. I wouldn't recommend StaffAny to anyone.

Pros

Getting a brand new office in 2023. If you are someone who dies for a company this is your place! Super friendly ‘office team’ to work with. Always fun and games after office hours. Flexible working structure. Cohesion every other time. If you are in sales, weekly team dinner. Shioook Good place to join after graduation Moto: We are a Family.

Cons

CEO has a circle of favorites. Very obvious when you join the company. If you call-out his favorite, CEO will come after you. You MUST carry here to survive. You may be dumped responsibilities that aren’t in your job scope. Turnover rate is on the rise. Many senior staff are leaving.
