      There are no pros to mention.

      When you work in a hostile environment where there are literal threats and people engaging in graphic sexual talk, and you are the one who is the most productive according to the client's own employees, (by numbers), it's not your place to fire someone in retaliation for making a report to the Norfolk Southern's ethics department. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They excel at destroying one's reputation.
