- sign-up process is super quick and easy to do. - they have a very personalized start up process. - The company lays out everything in writing upon signing up and signing on with them. - they do not make false promises they let you know you will be hired for work through a selection process based on experience and client needs when they match you up through their online booking system. - their pay rates are the highest in the industry. - Quality of service they provide to their clients and their staff provides is the highest I’ve ever seen.
Cons
- extremely rigorous training process very tedious matching up process to get jobs with specific clients based on your experience and abilities. - They like to see their staff on a regular basis so you have to go into the office to pick up your check, I heard this is going to change in the near future and they will be providing direct deposit so that’s a plus.
