It’s hard to think of any pros.
Cons
The pay is low, and Staffmore doesn’t value employees. Internal employees are dismissed at the drop of a dime, regardless of how long an employee has worked for them or how productive they’ve been. It’s a very small company (roughly 10 internal employees) so there’s not much room for growth at all.

Admin team were kind and always responded to questions. No micromanagement Good work life balance, flexible schedule
Cons
Hours were limited did not see other co workers inconvenient drop box location to submit hours not a lot of additional resources/supervision
