Pros

Honestly, there are barely any pros to mention

Cons

- The lack of communication and transparency from management is causing confusion and frustration among employees. We often feel like we are left in the dark about important decisions and company updates. - The constant high levels of stress and pressure are taking a toll on our mental and physical well-being. We are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines and goals, without the necessary resources or support to do so. - Recognition and rewards for good performance are non-existent. This makes it hard for us to feel motivated and appreciated for the work we do. - The current culture does not promote a safe and respectful work environment. - The inflexible policies and procedures make it difficult for us to work efficiently and effectively. We need more autonomy and freedom to do our jobs. - The lack of training and professional development opportunities stunts our growth and limits our potential. We need more opportunities to learn and improve our skills. - The work-life balance is non-existent, we are expected to work long hours without any flexibility and with no compensation. - The lack of resources and support to complete our tasks makes it difficult to work efficiently and effectively. We need more resources to be able to do our jobs to the best of our abilities.

- Use of Modern Technologies

Cons

- Everything is urgent - No life balance at all - No HR employees - CTO does not respect employees - Company does not provide feedback - Leaders do not listen to employees - They said that they are a flat company but orders come from Top Down without knowing the real context of the problem - Close environment to work, developers do not grow because of that and they do not have flexibility - No time for experimenting with things - No time for study and personal grow - No environment to relax, just work work and work - Unlimited PTO does not exist, nobody is able to have PTO for more than 1 week.

• There’s no such thing called “work-life balance” or “working hours” with non-sense deadlines, and requirements, and without a clear plan. Working on weekends, the Mangers call and message you on your PERSONAL phones regarding work - outside the working hours. And yet, that wouldn't be enough and there will not be any appreciation for your effort, you won’t meet their expectations; you have to pay "extra" effort. • A very stressful and toxic work environment. You will be working and living with a feeling of insecurity about getting fired. • No one will ever hear your problems or complaints or try to solve them, even the CEO or CTO. If you had a problem and reported it; No one will investigate and it would be because of you: "You didn’t manage your time, and you’re not aligned with our “virtues”. • Changing the policies to what really” serves them” and applying it retroactively on the old employees. • Salary reduction without real reasons. • Many people have left without replacement or any plan to replace them, you just will get overloaded with their tasks and responsibilities.
