Most people only stay here 6 months it’s a revolving door the owner gives the work to his favorite contractors so all the time getting different quotes is wasted

Great, friendly coworkers. Genuinely good people. Relaxing office atmosphere. Free lunch, bagels on friday. Somewhat flexible
Cons
Due to so much turnover, everything is a mess. Everything is on fire, everything is urgent, everything is a cluster with no support/ vague instructions. Owner throws "you" a Christmas party, but invited 60 of his friends and reserved tables for them? Owner rolls up in a fleet of half a million dollar cars but does not give bonuses or raises. Extremely unstable, no leadership. Revolving door. No growth. No training.
