      many wonderful helpful employees, most sales staff come and go as they please

      Cons

      OWNERSHIP! The worst I have ever seen in my long work history. You are a number to them. Ownership (when present) will walk by you in the hall and not even acknowledge your presence. They have hired consultants that have no clue about Stallard. They are eliminating many jobs and will likely be out of business within a year. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this disaster.

      1. free pizza a few times a year provided for staff at month end 2. the building is kept cool in the summer

      The following is my opinion: The ownership does not trust their employees or respect their ability to manage the company. This would not be so bad if the owners were engaged, but alas, the owners only want to be engaged at a surface level and don't have the leadership skills or industry knowledge to lead the company. There is a lack of trust at the managerial level because there is a history for the owners to come in and clean house unexpectedly. The sales staff is not engaged and the overall environment is very toxic. This company "succeeds" in spite of itself, its owners, and most of its employees. There is no career path here, no training, and no support. The pay is average and the benefits are VERY expensive.
