Pros
-Everyone works great together and we celebrate successes together -Opportunities to learn new skills by taking classes that the SIC offers -Variety of events -Diversity of tasks means that I learn lots of new skills all the time -Many opportunities for growth and upward mobility
Cons
-Still working on the structure of the company, so sometimes things fall through the cracks -Communication between different parts of the team isn't always optimal, but we're working on it -When we get really busy it can get stressful -Sometimes the building has weird problems I'm not sure how to solve -Working on improving our benefits package
