Pros
Evolving company with tons of potential, structure not in place witch gives you room to maneuver if you're proactive. Great outlooks in the long run if you stay focused on your own path.
Cons
As they evolve they don't get the basic structures working, lots of decisions are not synced throughout the organization. Cultural approach varies in different subs, from extremely friendly and adaptive to closed cultural were new-bees are excluded.
