Good schedule but favoritism in management

Well it was Monday through Friday nights off no on call and you get paid every other Friday which is great there are good employees here but not upper management
Cons
At this branch my schedule got changed to benefit other people and now I have the Mid shift and work weekends there raise is 2 percent but apparently I didn't get one have been there 3 plus years upper management plays favoritism and nepotism its who you know to get the better shift but they rather not answer a call from you or text when you need help
