Too much coddling of employees that have been with Standard for years. Beginning pay is too little. Changes are not made quickly. No real training process.
This is one of the best jobs I've had. Everyone in home office is very friendly and the work is pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it all. This company is also very laid back which I love as well.
Cons
Work can be fast-paced a lot of the times, but I wouldn't really consider that a bad thing. Helps the day go by fast.
