I was always ready for lunchtime.

Cons

The owner talks to his employees in a demeaning tone & will call them names. I haven't ever been in a meeting & watched everyone's face sad when they were talked to or about. I left this job for that very reason. Disrespectful

Pros

The work is simple, and the hours are fairly regular. There's also enough variety to keep you from getting burnt out too fast.

Cons

The management is abysmal, saying one thing and doing another. He doesn't trust anyone to do the jobs he hired them for, so he plays helicopter mom and watches everyone while also telling you how he thinks it should be done (despite your way being better).
