Pros

I make good money and I'm home at least 2 or 3 days a week. The company is very family oriented and will work with you for time you need off. Over all a great company.

Cons

No real downfalls. Company is seniority based but working your way up is fair.

Thank you for the feedback. We are a union based company and in order to make any changes in the drivers polices it would have to be approved through the contract agreement.

Pros

Work hours are great with overtime opportunity. Health insurance for office workers is really cheap and nurse practioner in site twice a week so you can reduce your out of pocket expenses and time loss from work for taking off to see the doctor.

Cons

Management isn't honest and say they take care of things that they don't... they lie to their employees about unemployment and benefits. The HR dept had a lot of deception, lies, and incorrect procedures. They will backdoor employees and they lay off with no notice to employees. The pay for the office is decent but the warehouse worker's pay is low and their health insurance is outrageously high! Gossip is rediculous throughout the entire company... Management being the worst!!! Sexual harassment is a problem and if you complain and don't cross human resources...they get rid of you. Withnessed unethical and questionable work practices.
