Cons
1) The leadership team is very generous with verbal & mental abuse. 2) Leaders have zero empathy or care about your struggles. They'll feign concern at first but will then bombard you with urgent tasks even thought you still haven't fully recovered yet. 3) No onboarding or training for anyone. You are asked to deliver them Gold without a proper briefing nor without the proper tools. 4) Tears are a regular occurrence for almost everyone. 5) No lunchbreaks or rest time during lunch. Executives will force everyone to an 8-hour weekly meeting full of tension without a proper break. 6) Change for the better is impossible or will never happen due to the reluctance of Leadership to accept responsibility for the toxicity. 7) It is normal for new hires to only stay for 1 or 2 weeks before resigning immediately.
