Cons
1. Decisions are not fact based. 2. Place alot of faith in certain individuals. Do not seek constructive analysis. 3. Upper Management is afraid to make decisions. 4. Invest in large capital projects with unrealistic justifications. When they don't work, the take back pay & benefits from salary and union. Usually, more from the salaried worksforce. 5. Encourage 'back stabbing.' 6. Departments work in silos; Teams are not utilized to their full potential.
