      Really truly kind co workers with a Manegment that goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and safe environment for all.

      Cons

      The Missouri weed laws and regulation are ever changing so store policies change with them. It’s a lot of learning and relearning at the drop of a hat.

      Pros

      Working with a plant that everyone should be able to enjoy was the best part of the job. It also helped me step my career up.

      Cons

      No pay increases once you reach $16.25/hr. Extreme favoritism between many employees.
