      There are no positives other than its close to the DQ Lounge

      Cons

      Management, overworked, underpaid. Was told as a salary employee that saturday's were mandatory. Took little to no lunch break to cover lack of employees becasue no one wanted to work there. Got a 2% raise......

      Pros

      Been in business 85 years. They continue to innovate and treat their employees very well. They bring in food trucks and buy everyone lunch and their Christmas party is awesome!

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours and can be hot.

      The entire team, from ownership to the value-adding members that produce the products we sell, promotes a family-friendly atmosphere. Standby encourages comradery, exemplified by ownerships and executive managements intimate involvement with EVERY one of our team. The mantra is simple: when doing your job, meet or exceed expectations. Red tape bureaucracy is mitigated. Members are provided the tools they need to succeed. The technical support is exemplary.

      Temporary spikes in customer demand can temporarily re-direct efforts elsewhere.
