Promotability within the company depending circumstances. Stable pay. Holiday pay immediate. Safety strongly valued considering the industry.

Cons

The lack of strong communication between upper management, middle management and the frontline worker really hurts this company. Promises toward raises and promotion based pay constantly was frequently delayed or put off. Unrealistic expectations for new employees. That combination created a high turnover rate.
