Work order load is always high volume asked to do to much for for the wages paid . Health insurance is out of reach of property managers and maintenance 50% of yiur biweekly paycheck . No overtime on call.. normal workweek is monday to friday get called in on Saturday take monday off... after an eviction or move out the apartments are in such disarray they should be condemed but they expect to flip it in 3 days and its only you brcause your the only maintenance man for 60 plus apartments for 2 locations . No employee performance appraisals brcause theres never talk of a raise. Its best to stay away from this place if your not behind a desk... its best to avoid!

Staff is sometimes over worked.
