Pros

The owner is wonderful and cares a lot about his employees. The work is interesting and with a variety of different clients, you get to learn about a lot of different industries. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

It is a small company, so benefits are mainly in flexibility of schedule and work location and less benefits in terms of medical.

There are a lot of Pros to working at SDS... 1. Great boss. 2. Caring workforce. 3. Flexible work schedules. 4. Fantastic work culture. 5. Ability to work remotely. To name a few.

Cons

We are currently a small company that is growing so there is a lot of change. But good changes as long as you can adapt.
