Motivation is the key. If you find yours and resist to the permanent pressure upon results, then it can be a good company to work with.
Cons
Weak top management. Poor competencies to handle the business. If you don't understand Direct selling, then how can you built a real strategy ? Large union corporation that freezes the business. Past oriented, always criticising and seeing the negative part of any action.
