      Very few companies have such an involvement of sr management and the owner at all levels. They strive to help improve the company as well as the employees personal and professional life

      Pros

      Cares about their employees. Wants everyone to feel a part of the Stanley Family. Always willing to train employees to better themselves in their job. Will have little contest for employees and give them an opportunity to win a little extra cash or maybe a trip. Great place to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      As any other Company, they are not perfect. Every person has their own personality and beliefs but the organization has policies and procedures to follow that protect all employees. I believe the Stanley Automotive Group strives to be a great company for its employees.
