The Senior Management can't 'read the room'. The HR team are not supportive and put unnecessary pressure on the staff team. Staff are miserable, and unvalued. This has a direct impact on staff retention. Great people are leaving in their droves. There is a lot of lip serviced played to staff wellbeing
