The company has many many ambitious goals and a strong external image, however my experience internally did not reflect the same level of structure or support. Responsibilities increased quickly, but without consistent training or clear direction. This made it difficult to feel confident in the role despite putting in significant effort. Especially being younger and being neurodivergent, the support was not there. Communication and support from management could be inconsistent, and it always felt like expectations outweighed the resources provided. favouritism is rife. With stronger internal processes and better staff support, the overall experience could be greatly improved for staff.
