Pros

There are some great people to work with. Everyone I met, and all of the staff, past and present, are willing to give u their all and are friendly and are easy to work with.

Cons

You apply for one job but get given another. There is no training and the management is really poor. The company has no clear direction. There is a paranoia from senior management which effects peoples work.

Pros

International experience I have linked in with all the former employees so I have good network

Cons

The owner will tell you he has spies and the employees will tell you they are asked to spy Holiday party if you don't go you get fired Super old computers that always breakdown and don't plan on connecting to database when you travel You are expected to take last flight back home which lands @ midnight You can never ever work from home Charge you 4 coffee Ask why such high turnover and how long positions have been open (people get fired or leave) Ask about personalities and how you will be talked to

Pros

Awesome opportunity to work internationally and see marketing projects through from beginning to end. Non-management employees are very nice.

Cons

I was apprehensive about accepting a position within this company due to the negative Glassdoor reviews. I took them with a grain of salt and accepted the position anyway come to find that I was experiencing many of the same issues such as having no training, being talked down to, and being in constant fear of losing my job. There is no HR department and nowhere to turn to if you have an issue to address. There is also no upward mobility and the turnover rate is high within this company. The CEO has said to his employees that there is no work/life balance so do not work here if you are expecting to have one. If you have the caliber they are looking for in a person, I highly highly suggest you go elsewhere.
