Pros

- A few good eggs in terms of people. - If you're Long Island-based, the office is centrally located.

Cons

- Culture of fear and blame. - Toxic work environment. - No opportunities to learn and grow. - Strict work hours. Very little flexibility. Therefore, all employees promptly arrive at 8:30 and promptly leave at 5:30.
