Good clients and projects, intelligent style.

Cons

It is a very discriminatory environment. If you are not white old British male, you will be treated as a second class citizen no matter how hard you work or how good you are. Depressing and dry. Forget about career progression.

Lovely people - Shady employment tactics

I had the pleasure of working with some talented, motivated, and generally lovely people at Stanton Williams and it was a real pleasure to work alongside some fantastic people and work on interesting state of the art projects. They really do work on some world class projects and the founders are incredibly talented and brilliant to work with.

Cons

They suffer from a disorganised management structure seemingly without a firm grip on the financial management of projects, poor management is inflicted upon employees. Their tactic is to employ you on your salary expectation (whatever that is) then proceed to overwork you and dismantle your self esteem. After nine months in the position - they have been known to demand a reduction in salary (once they have broken your spirit). Shady at best. Be careful if you accept a position here and make sure you maintain a record of correspondence.
