This place is a joke!!

The only pro is that you will appreciate any job you have after you quit! Or even better, do not work for these fools or give them any of your business!

Cons

-horrible hours -lousy pay and raises are NEVER offered -higher turnover than retail!! -unprofessional management that throw regular hissy fits and scream at staff because they have no control over their emotions -no HR department (how convenient!!) -no real design work is done -you will not gain any beneficial skills or experience and no legitimate organization has even heard of this place

Pros

Coffee machine and bagels were nice and the office space in nice (most of it) but the work environment needs attention. Lots of overtime, mostly with little notice.

Cons

I had read all the negative reviews and thought for sure the company would have taken action to overcome them and took a chance. I needed a job. Didn't need it that bad. Constant arguing and obscenities from the owners. If you want a raise, write the Governor to increase minimum wage. No one is ever good enough. Lots of crying going on in the bathroom stalls.

You know when someone says, "there are worse places to work"? Star Creations is the bar against which you will be able to measure all other companies. In fact, future colleagues will marvel at your resilience to stress that crush the souls of others before you. Those who never had the misfortune of accepting employment at Star Creations will be unable to relate to those that braved the daily professionally toxic environment. As you share experience, you will be met with shock or disbelief at the ridiculous and irrational expectations you managed. Regretfully, only those that have lived through employment at Star Creations will believe your stories of truly psychotic personalities and behavior you witnessed firsthand. But you'll know the real life versions of exaggerated fictional characters, those who threaten, coerce and use passive-aggressive tactics to satisfy their idea of success and loyalty.

Cons

Paper cuts from corrugate remind you the horror isn't just a nightmare.
