Close to home. Better cost on healthcare insurance for employees.

Cons

Leaders micro manage their staff instead of allowing them to do the job they were hired for. Too much drama and dishonesty. Illegal practices could put your license in jeopardy. No clear direction due to leaders and owner constantly changing direction.

Cons

Management are absolute liars! Management classes and or experience is highly suggested and needed.. Blame the staff mentality. Need teambuilding skills. Fake and misleading.
