Pros
Star has a very laid back environment, no micromanagement, and no matter where you stand in the company, you have a voice. If you have an idea they are willing to hear you out. They like to give recognition if you do something well or went beyond your typical job duties. Very family oriented company. I can say I truly enjoyed my experience thee
Cons
Down side to Star is they do not have a lot of room for growth. Don't get me wrong, there is potential, but not something that will happen quickly. There are a lot of people that have been there for many years which tells you something, but unfortunately the younger crowd does not have patience to wait a few years for a promotion. The pay could be better but I guess that could be said at any company.
