Growth is definite if you perform well. The environment is genuinely supportive, and suggestions are always welcome, regardless of role or tenure. There’s no rigid junior-senior divide, which makes collaboration easy and encourages people to speak up and take ownership.

Cons

On the flip side, if you’re not strong in sales, the pressure can build up. Targets come with tight deadlines, and there can be occasional stretching of the usual work schedule to meet expectations.
