      Not the best, but not the worst

      Pros

      No weekends. Perfect schedule for part time (3 -7 pm). Kids are amazing. Many amazing parents as well.

      Cons

      Underpaid even though they are clearly making ALOT of money. Inconsiderate Management. Overcrowded classrooms. Owners are not willing to replace used/old items until they are broken and it's a last resort. No disciplinary actions taken for people who break rules. Willing to hire literally anybody for the sake of having employees.
