      Great team culture with supportive colleagues, strong onboarding, and plenty of opportunities to learn. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and the work feels meaningful and valued. Overall, a very positive and collaborative environment.       Work / life balance is great with 100% no pressure voluntary overtime available. Great benefits/ tech scheme / bupa etc Good team dynamics even though remote , able to skill up a person without rely too heavily on micro managing
