      Cons

      I resigned due to ongoing discrimination, cultural bias, and a hostile work environment. I experienced disrespectful comments related to my culture and unequal treatment by my manager. Despite reporting my concerns to HR multiple times, no meaningful action was taken. The lack of accountability, support, and respect for employees created an unhealthy workplace that negatively affected my well-being.

      *Workload is excessive and often unrealistic. *Leadership heavily micromanages and shows little trust or respect for employees. *Raises and bonuses for staff are minimal, while management compensation feels disproportionate and disconnected from actual workload. *Constant reporting requests with little clarity or follow-through; when problems occur, leadership focuses more on blame than solutions. ---BTW, the CEO isn’t Andrew anymore—though it’s understandable Glassdoor hasn’t caught up, considering the company has gone through four different CEOs in just four years.
