      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow your skills. Can dress how you want. Work rarely interferes with home life.

      Cons

      Pay is far below the industry standard. Very little decision-making power. Very limited upward mobility. Extra responsibilities don't come with extra benefits. High performance is not rewarded. No benefits besides your basic salary.
