Pros
Company that's growing quickly and has a ton of potential to really take off. Smart, kind teammates who operate with a lot of trust and work very hard. A lot of opportunity to come in as an owner and build things out. You're encouraged to take risks and move quickly. Colleagues who challenge you to be better, but lot of laughs and support along the way.
Cons
Not going to be for everyone - being early stage means there's not a lot of onboarding/structure and priorities are often shifting.
