Pros

Flexible work environment, concept of product was, at some point, promising.

Cons

Stardog is all over the place - poor communication, unmotivated teams, which all boils down to the leadership team. Company is struggling and leadership team is not transparent about it - nor seems too motivated to push employees to do better. No career progressment or opportunities.

Great coworkers and better than average benefits for a company this size

Cons

Leadership constantly changes strategy and go to market approach. There were 3 CMO’s and 3 CFO’s in my 2 years. They don’t wait to see if a strategy has legs before changing direction.

Many employees really care and are trying to make the company successful

Cons

Leadership has zero credibility and changes direction every quarter chasing what ever shiny trend is lighting up LinkedIn. Big issues attracting funding and their Series C raise was a total bust.
