Not a good place to work

Pros

Staff (minus management) is friendly and smart

Cons

Management is wildly misguided. No HR or checks and balances - they say and do whatever they want to employees. Hostile work environment at times, thus turnover is high and morale is low. Project work taken on is often random with a "we do it all" mentality.

Unethical and misguided leadership

Pros

Office location in Flatiron. Staff (not leadership) is dedicated and smart.

Cons

Founder doesn't know what he's doing and essentially mainly has friends' businesses as clients. He'll say yes to doing any and every assignment, even if it has nothing to do with branding and there's no staff to support it. Multiple clients have left unhappy and moved on to other agencies. Leaders are constantly making inappropriate comments or reacting in a hostile manner towards employees.
