      Decent Place to Work

      Pros

      Good life/work balance. Pay wasn't great but it was better than I was used to at the time. Fun work environment. Short shifts.

      Cons

      Questionable practices. Management was all over the place. I'm not sure Lifeway really cared all that much about Starfruit - potentially Starfruit was just a marketing scheme for Kefir.

      Starting pay is above minimum wage Discounted kefir products Fairly easy work Pleasant co-workers Interesting location

      Cons

      Senior management is unfriendly, pretentious, and insensitive No chance of moving up in the company No security in job status/high turn-over rate (no one is safe!) Inconvenient work hours Difficult customers
