They are willing to teach you things if you ask. Chill atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

There is no rhyme or reason as to why they promote someone. It doesn't matter if you're a hard worker or have the experience, they will promote someone simply because they like them personally even if they are a bad worker or have a bad personality. The owner of the company brings his dogs to work and they bite people. No joke. But he refuses to leave them at home. They seriously underpay almost everyone and they take advantage of that.

Great place to get a start in the industry. Cool projects like the walking dead. Relaxed work atmosphere. Great creative team.

Cons

Sometimes the pay can be low or high depending on who you ask, but that's pretty much the VFX industry in general.
